  15. This zip contains a translation of the Microsoft WinG 
  16. 32-bit transparent BitBlt routines and the DOGGIE.C 
  17. sample sprite application.

  21. The original FAST32.ASM and TBLT.C have been moved into a DLL called TransBlt.DLL. 
  22. I made a change to the order of parameters for TransparentDIBits - 
  23. see the code for an explanation and see the input unit TRANSBLT.PAS.

  26. under TPW as well as BP.
